BLOOM outdoor furniture can only be ordered directly in our showroom. You can also send an inquiry via our website wand our sales team will get in contact with you via e-mail. The order is binding as soon as we have received your deposit. Immediately after we received your deposit payment we will start the production of your individual BLOOM outdoor furniture in our factory in Java, Indonesia. We will keep you regularly informed about the progress of your order by e-mail and we will also contact you approximately one week before the planned delivery to arrange an exact delivery date with you.

We start producing your desired BLOOM outdoor furniture immediately after the deposit is paid. The fact that our furniture is handmade, piece by piece and undergoes numerous quality checks, requires a certain amount of waiting time. On average, you can expect a wait of 4-5 weeks. We therefore recommend that you plan your outdoor furniture requirements well in advance and prior to the start of the season, although the promise of getting something really unique will turn the waiting time into pure anticipation.
For all clients in Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia the delivery is free of charge if the delivery location can be reached without barriers. For delivery charges to other areas our sales team will inform and coordinate with you individually.

The diverse climatic experience by our customers worldwide enables us to continuously develop and improve our products in terms of resistance to climatic influences, stability and robustness. Our high-quality pieces carry a 5 year limited warranty for personal use on the frame as well as the fibre and workmanship. For commercial use we provide a limited warranty of 3 years. Umbrellas and accessories have an international warranty of 2 years.
