We are delighted that you would like to order our exclusive handmade garden furniture! Here you can find out everything you need to know about your order.
You can order patio furniture and garden furniture from BLOOM exclusively through our website or by visiting our Dubai Design Office - we don’t use third party dealers. Your order is binding as soon as we have received your deposit. Immediately afterwards, we will start manufacturing your individual BLOOM outdoor furniture in our factory in Indonesia.
We will inform you regularly about the progress of your order by email. We will also contact you about a week before delivery to arrange an exact delivery date with you.

Since we manufacture each of our pieces of furniture by hand "on demand" after the order has been received, the delivery time is around 10 weeks. It is best to order your individually configured garden furniture from us before the start of the season!
Delivery costs anywhere in the UAE are included. You can use our contact form to inquire about shipping costs for deliveries to other MENA countries.
As soon as your garden furniture has left our factory in Indonesia and is on the way to the UAE, you will receive an email from us. About a week before delivery, we will arrange the exact delivery date with you.
Your furniture will be delivered by our own employees who will unload and place the furniture in it’s new home. We are also happy to dispose of the packaging material - you don't have to worry about anything!
We supply customers worldwide and in all climate zones with our garden furniture from BLOOM. These empirical values enable us to continuously improve our outdoor furniture, especially with regard to resistance to climatic influences, stability and robustness. We therefore give a five-year guarantee on our furniture for private use. A 5 year guarantee applies to use in the commercial sector. Parasols and accessories are guaranteed for two years.

Our own production in Indonesia and the diverse experience that we gain from our customers around the world in all climatic zones leads to a continuous further development of our products in terms of durability, stability and robustness. This allows us to give you a five-year guarantee on our furniture for private use. A three-year guarantee applies to use in the commercial sector.
We start with the production of your BLOOM outdoor furniture immediately after receiving your order. This gives you the opportunity to choose from a wide range of rattan and furniture styles and fabric colors and to design your patio or garden furniture individually. On average, you will receive your order with a maximum delivery time of 8 to 10 weeks.
As soon as you have placed your order with us, we will immediately start manufacturing your desired BLOOM pieces. This "production-on-demand" model enables you to design your new outdoor furniture according to your personal ideas and individual color preferences. It is also the basis of the convincing price-performance ratio that we offer. Because each of our pieces of furniture is lovingly made by hand and goes through numerous quality checks. When it’s ready it will set sail for the UAE, with a voyage duration of approximately 3 weeks. Within a day or two of arriving it will be delivered to it’s new home!

Immediately after we receive your order you will receive an order confirmation, including an invoice. Payment options are either Credit Card, cash, cheque or bank transfer, with the option to pay a 75% deposit and the balance before delivery, or to pay the full amount upfront.
Immediately after we have received your payment, we will start producing your order and inform you of the expected delivery date. As soon as your furniture has left our production facility in Indonesia and is on it’s way to the UAE, we will notify you by e-mail or, if you wish, by phone. We will then agree on an exact delivery date with you approximately one week before delivery.
