We are delighted that you would like to order our exclusive handmade garden furniture! Here you can find out everything you need to know about your order.

You can order patio furniture and garden furniture from BLOOM exclusively through our website or from one of our showrooms - we don’t use third party dealers. Your order is binding as soon as we have received your deposit. Immediately afterwards, we will start manufacturing your individual BLOOM outdoor furniture in our factory in Indonesia.

We will inform you regularly about the progress of your order by email. We will also contact you about a week before delivery to arrange an exact delivery date with you.

Delivery time and delivery costs

Since we manufacture each of our pieces of furniture by hand "on demand" after the order has been received, the delivery time is around 12 weeks. It is best to order your individually configured garden furniture from us before the start of the season!

From an order value of €850,- you will receive your order free of charge for all deliveries within Germany. Below this we charge a flat shipping fee of €49,-. This applies exclusively to deliveries to the German mainland. You can inquire about shipping costs for deliveries to other countries and areas using our contact form or by telephone.

Delivery

As soon as your garden furniture has left our factory in Indonesia, you will receive an email from us. About a week before delivery, we will arrange the exact delivery date with you.

In most cases your furniture will be delivered by our own employees who will unload and place the furniture in it’s new home. We are also happy to dispose of the packaging material - you don't have to worry about anything!

Standard shipping (free of charge from an order value of € 850)

Your furniture will be packed on pallets and delivered to the curb by a forwarding agent within a week of arrival in Germany.

All-round service (extra charge of € 149)

Your furniture will be delivered by our employees and transported to the place of installation. We are also happy to dispose of the packaging material - you don't have to worry about anything!

Guarantee and return

With our BLOOM outdoor furniture, we serve customers worldwide, across all climate zones. Our extensive experience in this field allows us to continually enhance the durability, stability, and robustness of our outdoor furniture, particularly in relation to climatic influences. Therefore, we provide a seven-year warranty for private use of our furniture. For commercial use, a three-year warranty applies. Umbrellas, cushions, and accessories are covered by a two-year warranty.

Please note that if you need to have your furniture repaired and you are located in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, we will arrange for the pickup of the faulty furniture at no cost to you. If your delivery address is outside of these countries, you are responsible for organizing the return transport yourself. However, you may choose to commission us for the pickup, but please be aware that transportation costs will be invoiced to you.

In the event that you are not satisfied with BLOOM outdoor furniture ordered online, especially if you were unable to view it in one of our showrooms, we grant you the right to return the items to us within 14 days without providing a reason. Please get in touch with us to initiate the return process.


Payment options
30% down payment by bank transfer / balance before delivery

After receiving your order confirmation, please transfer a deposit of 30% within 5 days to the account specified there. The remaining amount must be transferred before delivery.

100% prepayment by bank transfer - 3% discount

After receiving your order confirmation, please transfer the invoice amount, minus a 3% discount, to the account specified there within 5 days.

30% deposit via PayPal and the balance before delivery

When paying by PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal website. There, please log into your PayPal account or continue as a guest, check your order and approve the 30% deposit. You can pay the remaining amount before delivery.

100% advance payment via PayPal.
Cash on delivery

If you choose cash on delivery, you pay the total amount upon delivery as soon as you have received the goods. The amount will be accepted by our driver in cash after delivery.

How Does a Return Work?
  1. Contact Us
    To initiate the return process, please get in touch with our customer service. We will provide you with all the necessary information and instructions to make the return process easy and straightforward.
  2. Careful Packaging
    Please pack the outdoor furniture carefully in the original packaging or an equivalent protective packaging to avoid any transportation damage.
  3. Refund
    Once we receive and inspect the returned outdoor furniture, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase price. Please note that we will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original order.

Please be aware that in this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by you. Additionally, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable reduction in value if the outdoor furniture has been used beyond normal inspection and shows signs of wear and tear.

How long will it take to get my new BLOOM furniture?

We start with the production of your BLOOM outdoor furniture immediately after receiving your order. This gives you the opportunity to choose from a wide range of rattan and furniture styles and fabric colors and to design your patio or garden furniture individually. On average, you will receive your order with a maximum delivery time of 12 weeks.

What exactly happens in the 12 weeks delivery time?

As soon as you have placed your order with us, we will immediately start manufacturing your desired BLOOM pieces. This "production-on-demand" model enables you to design your new outdoor furniture according to your personal ideas and individual color preferences. It is also the basis of the convincing price-performance ratio that we offer. Because each of our pieces of furniture is lovingly made by hand and goes through numerous quality checks. When it’s ready it will set sail for Germany, with a voyage duration of approximately 4 weeks. Within a day or two of arriving it will be delivered to it’s new home!

How much are the shipping costs?

For order values above €850,-, we will deliver your order free of charge within Germany. Below this we charge a flat shipping fee of €49,-. This applies exclusively to deliveries to the German mainland. You can use our contact form to inquire about shipping costs for deliveries to other countries or areas.

How is payment made?

Immediately after we receive your order you will receive an order confirmation, including an invoice. Payment options are either PayPal or bank transfer.

When will my new outdoor furniture be delivered to me?

Immediately after we have received your payment, we will start producing your order and inform you of the expected delivery date. As soon as your furniture has left our production facility in Indonesia and is on it’s way to Germany, we will notify you by e-mail or, if you wish, by phone. We will then agree on an exact delivery date with you approximately one week before delivery.
