We are delighted that you would like to order our exclusive handmade garden furniture! Here you can find out everything you need to know about your order.

You can order patio furniture and garden furniture from BLOOM exclusively through our website - we don’t use third party dealers. Your order is binding as soon as we have received your deposit. Immediately afterwards, we will start manufacturing your individual BLOOM outdoor furniture in our factory in Indonesia.

We will inform you regularly about the progress of your order by email. We will also contact you about a week before delivery to arrange an exact delivery date with you.

Delivery time and delivery costs

Immediately after placing your order, we will start manufacturing your BLOOM Outdoor furniture. This, as well as the fact that our furniture is made piece by piece by hand, and goes through numerous quality checks, requires a certain waiting time. On average, you can assume about 8 - 12 weeks. Shipping time is the variable which we can't control.

We do keep good stock of our best sellers, so please contact us directly in New Zealand to know which items are available for immediate delivery.

We personally deliver very often to our closest areas otherwise by professional trusted furniture removal specialists. For an order value over $2,000, we deliver free of charge to Auckland, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty. Below this amount we charge a flat shipping fee of $100 to those areas. Remaining North Island $150 per cubic m and South Island $250 per cubic m approximately. From your address and description of access we should be able to give you the costing. Self pick up is an option.

Delivery

As soon as your garden furniture has left our factory in Indonesia and is on the way to NZ, you will receive an email from us. About a week before delivery, we will arrange the exact delivery date with you.

Guarantee and return

We supply customers worldwide and in all climate zones with our garden furniture from BLOOM. These empirical values enable us to continuously improve our outdoor furniture, especially with regard to resistance to climatic influences, stability and robustness. We therefore give a five year guarantee on our furniture for private use. A three-year guarantee applies to use in the commercial sector. Parasols and accessories are guaranteed for two years.

50% down payment by bank transfer / balance before delivery

After receiving your order confirmation, please transfer a deposit of 50% within 5 days to the account specified there. The remaining amount must be transferred before delivery.

100% prepayment by bank transfer - 3% discount

After receiving your order confirmation, please transfer the invoice amount, minus a 3% discount, to the account specified there within 5 days.

50% deposit via Credit Card and the balance before delivery

How long will it take to get my new BLOOM furniture?

We start with the production of your BLOOM outdoor furniture immediately after receiving your order. This gives you the opportunity to choose from a wide range of rattan and furniture styles and fabric colors and to design your patio or garden furniture individually. On average, you will receive your order with a delivery time of 8 to 16 weeks. Current shipping time has many variables with covid making delivery times difficult to calculate.

What exactly happens in the 8 to 16 weeks delivery time?

As soon as you have placed your order with us, we will immediately start manufacturing your desired BLOOM pieces. This "production-on-demand" model enables you to design your new outdoor furniture according to your personal ideas and individual color preferences. It is also the basis of the convincing price-performance ratio that we offer. Because each of our pieces of furniture is lovingly made by hand and goes through numerous quality checks. When it’s ready it will set sail for the NZ, with a voyage duration of approximately 6 weeks. Within a week of arriving it will be delivered to it’s new home!

How much are the shipping costs?

From an order value over $1,000, we deliver your order free of charge to Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty. Below this we charge a flat shipping fee of $100 to above areas. Delivery to North and South Island is free for purchases over $15,000. Below this we charge $100 per cube for the rest of North Island and $200 per cube for South Island.
This applies exclusively to deliveries to NZ. You can use our contact form to inquire about shipping costs for deliveries to other areas.

How is payment made?

Immediately after we receive your order you will receive an order confirmation, including an invoice. Payment options are either Credit Card, PayPal or bank transfer, with the option to pay a 50% deposit and the balance before delivery, or to pay the full amount upfront.

When will my new outdoor furniture be delivered to me?

Immediately after we have received your payment, we will start producing your order and inform you of the expected delivery date. As soon as your furniture has left our production facility in Indonesia and is on it’s way to NZ, we will notify you by e-mail or, if you wish, by phone. We will then agree on an exact delivery date with you approximately one week before delivery.
